The 4th Saturday of each month Mission Creek Church partnerships with Ruby's Pantry to distribute food and goods to help fight poverty, hunger and disease in local communities for those with low resources and in crisis. We want to activate people in being alert to the needs of others and to be proactive in encouraging, showing friendship and meeting tangible needs of struggling neighbors, friends and strangers and therefore fulfilling the love of Christ. James 2:14-26 and 1 John 3:16-17.  You can be a part of this either by volunteering your time or simply be blessed by the food itself.

Sometimes one of the best ways you can help others and give back to the community is simply by spending time with others, getting to know them, making a personal investment in their lives. This often happens at our church events, don’t underestimate the impact your involvement in them can make. Also, maybe you have something on your heart, something you would love to do, well, maybe God is calling you to lead an event, let us help you with that.

Memorial Park Outreach is an outreach that takes place in an apartment complex in West Duluth.   Roughly forty residents live there and have unique needs.  Once a month, usually on the last Monday, the church goes down there at 5:00 pm and serves them a dinner and along with that we bring non-perishable food and toiletry items provided by our church.

We also want to share the love of Christ, the life-saving Gospel message and meet practical needs, all which scripture make it abundantly clear we as Christians are to do. For more details contact the church.

Our Missions outreach is vibrant and far-reaching as we support missionaries from all over the world. We do it by praying for them, sending financial support and hosting them when they come home on furloughs. Every month, our missionaries are not only well prayed for by the "missionary prayer team", but also our whole church family prays faithfully for these dear servants of the Lord and their families! What a JOY to see our church family as a thriving part of the Great Commission.

Share ‘n Care is a women’s group open to anyone, we meet the 3rd Tuesday of each month and we exist to be the hands and feet of Jesus. The heart of what we do is provide encouragement to people and we do this in many ways; we give financial assistance, provide meals to others in need, support missionaries.

We strive to make everyone feel loved, supported and let them know they are a valuable part of the church; some of the ways we do that is by planning a bridal or baby shower for a church family member, taking them out for coffee or dinner, or simply building meaningful relationships they can lean on in times of need. We hope you will get involved! Check out the church calendar for dates and events related to Share N Care or contact the church for additional information.
